In addition to acting, Trevor is an avid and aspiring writer. When not preparing for his next audition, or running lines for his next production, he is often at his computer, working hard to create an in-depth and intricate story for the stage or screen. His current produced works include In Other News... and Scavenger. As well as several other projects in the works!

In a post-apocalyptic wasteland, a loner struggles to survive the hardships of each day by gathering whatever supplies he can from the remnants of civilization. After aiding a group of seemingly helpless survivors he soon discovers the consequences of trusting others in a world without order. Winner of the Best Narrative Short and Best Director at The Toronto Film and Script Awards.

A young couple awakes in their motor home one cold and snowy morning. As a mysterious woman prepares breakfast, things slowly appear much darker than they first seem. Meanwhile, a radio broadcast heard in the background quickly takes a turn for the sinister as the various news stories progress. Winner of Best Picture at the Okotoks 24hr Filmmaking Challenge.
